Called, said they were from Sunlife insurance, when you call back the number, goes to voice messaage, says mail box is full and then a lady's voice says "This is a scam"

I got a call from that number and they were saying they were from Bell Canada offering me a promotion on internet services.  I told him if he was from Bell he would know my service was with Bell..... He claimed he was from promotional department and doesnt have access to that info.

He hung up.

the caller has placed several calls to our residence with tonight being no exception....these are considered harassement. Needless to say The Police Authorities and the Phone Company are now involved. He said his name was Brian and became ignorant and would not present a supervisor.  He refused to hang up the phone not allowing us to call out...this would not allow us to place outbound calls especially in case of emergency's.

i received a call, didn't answer cause i don't know the number, though my mom is in manitoba, (i know it's 204 but whatever lol)so i called back thinkin it might be her from work or something. anyways,it was the bell invisible answering machine and the greeting said "this is a scam" as well as the other person.  even if bell calls me to offer me a promotion or whatever, i don't even bother. if i want it, i'll call them myself at the store
