Got a recording about lowering my % for credit card debt on MY credit card.  I have no debt, so I knew the recording was phishing.  When I searched the phone #, a guy named Kyle came up.  When I cld the # it said "The # is not in service".  I'm guessing they can produce fake call ID #'s.
