Received t/c from 202-225-4865. did not answer phone. number may be automated as it keeps dialing every 15 minutes.

Phone rang, I answered; nobody there.

Maybe they were looking for rain, Lake Travis and Lake Buchanan are about back to being rivers.  Base of Buchanan dam is 10' above the water level!

Hard to help them if they can't even say "Hi!" when they call...
