Asked for me by name then said he was from the US Federal Grants department. I said I am on the do not call list and have asked repeatedly to be removed from your call list. He began shouting and told me he will now call me every day multiple times a day and told me to F*ck Off.

I did not answer this call as I have been getting so many "bad" phone calls lately from different area codes. They called at 12:21 PM. Next, someone from 202-222-2077 called (see report from someone else saying it's a bad number)
