received a call but it was +20 2 221 2213, looks like they spoof their area code wrong cause my phone said +20 is egypt. scammers probably

Received two calls from 202-221-2213 on 7/13/16. Caller said he was from Microsoft and wanted to install software on my computer to remove an infection. Said their system had been receiving reports from my computer that it was infected. Reported it as a scam to the National Do Not Call Registry https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and Federal Trade Commission: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

This number calls countless times per day. No message. On one given day it began calling at 8:30 am and called every hour to half hour for eight hours straight! We never answered the call as the number is unknown to us and we can not identify the caller thru various searches.  Does anyone know who this number belongs to?
