Just got a call from this number after receiving ten phone calls from another number in a 2 hour time frame. Then before that another number called about the same number of times. I assume is a telemarketer or scammers?

I keep getting these phone calls regarding a grant the government wants to give me that I don't have to pay back. But you have to send money in first. I hope its a scam.
