Just got this very same call. When I told him I could not understand a single thing he was saying he just kept talking. When he paused I requested he put someone on the phone who could actually speak English. He hung up!

I just got a call from someone at this number who was talking about me being eligible for $9000 grant that I just had to give them my bank information or a prepaid bankcard big-time scam
