keeps calling I don't answer because it another scammer

Have received a number of calls from this number never leaves a message...I live in Canada and don't know anyone in Washington so why would I pick up...oh maybe its the President calling just to say hi...LOL

I have gotten nearly a dozen calls from this number today.  When I just called it, a message said that it was no longer in service.  When I first got call from this number yesterday, a man with a thick Indian accent said something about cybersecurity; I told him I thought he was trying to scam me and that I would report the number to the FTC, which I did.

mhas called 10 times in one day and has called me for a week!! Is an Indian named Kevin. Told him to quit calling me and hung up on him!!! He said he was calling about a cyber security issue..... So sick of these people trying to SCAM me.....
