Caller reported to represent Novac (spelling?) on behalf of Washington Gas.

I got a call from the number asking to speak to the person in charge of the washington gas bill, I do not even have a washington gas account.

Same thing for me, woman from Novak asking for person in charge of the gas bill. I told her that I wasn't interested and to stop calling. She began arguing with me until I told her again not to call and hung up on her.

Hang up call to my answering machine on 8-31-2012.  Caller ID shows Blocked Number.   I do not live in the Washington, DC area but used to 10 years ago.  These idiots waste my time and their own.  I NEVER ANSWER.

First they asked to speak to whoever was in charge of the Columbia gas, and then corrected themself and said "I mean Washington Gas".  This is getting to be very annoying.  Caller ID shows Vitelity, LLC.
