I received a call on my pre-paid cell phone. I could not understand anything he said except that he was Department of Reclamation. I asked him to repeat the information in his message. He then hung up on me. From looking up this number on computer I have learned it has been used for numerous scam calls. I tried to call the number back, only to be told that number was not a working number.
