That's hilarious, Tramadol is a generic drug, you can get a months supply at the pharmacy for around 10 to 20 dollars.  Hell i got some from my vet for my dog and it was just slightly more than that.  Smart thinking walk away from that so called deal.

Probably routed through cell towers through the US and maybe overseas.  Don't answer the call EVER.  They will give up eventually.
