I received a phone call from 279-917-3923 telling me to call the 202-204-0092 number to receive my $6000 Grant money and the guy that I talked to said that his name was George but he did not sound like a George and when I asked him how he got my number he could not answer me so I called the 202 204 0092 number to find out what this scam was.  A lady answered and asked for a Grant ID # so I gave her the number that the guy gave me and she put me on hold. After a little while she got back on the phone and would not shut up long enough to answer my question of how they got my number. They told me that I had to send them $200 to receive my $6000. I told her I didnt have any money and she started yelling at me "What do you want me to do about that?" "Do you want the grant or not?" and so on. I told her that I was going to call the cops and she hung up on me.

I will make a report with the police!

This is a SCAM!!

Thank you for posting your experiences with the 202-204-0092 telephone number & the SCAM they represent. I received a call saying I've been approved for a loan of $1500 and to call the 202-204-0092 with the ID# they gave me. The woman who picked up the phone had an Asian accent and told me to call her when I am at Western Union- I would be required to pay $110 ($99 + Western Union fee) in order to receive $1599 instantly. The requirements were to pay $115 for 15 months.  I was very excited being that I could really use the money.  I AM SO GLAD THAT I DECIDED TO GOOGLE THIS AND SEE IF IF WAS A SCAM. IT ALL SEEMED "2 GOOD 2 B TRUE!"

Same thing happened to me. Numbers 202-204-0092 and 209-266-2374 called and said we were approved for $1500.00 that we first needed to send $99 as an activation fee. Although, I knew you don't normally have to pay to receive I transferred the $99 via Western Union. She then told me the loan amount needed to be activated by sending an additional $299. Ha. I knew then I had got got! I argued with her and she hung up the phone. Called back and one # that quick had been disconnected and the 2nd went straight to a voicemail. Wow. I feel violated. Be smarter than me and DO NOT accept thier calls.
