This number keeps calling and doesn't say anything.

They're a scam.   DO NOT say/answer ANYTHING with words like "yes; okay; this is him/her/(your name); s.s.#;"  ..Anything with confirmation.  They WILL record your answers in hopes to use your personal voice, to aid them in Identity Theft/Fraud.
    It's called the "Yes Scam" look it up.
This number called me (202-154-8387) asking my full name (is this Ray----------- -----------)
   And luckily without thinking I answered with ye..huh Who is this?  Then they just hung up on me.   [***] [***].  Anyway if need be answer them with,  who is this or how are you,  stuff like that would surely piss them off and they could honestly fkn [***].

5:46pm I tried to return the call and was told that "Your number can not be completed as dial, please check the number and call the number again.

These people have called a few times now and said I was randomly selected for a free $9000 grant.
