I never answer these calls but always check the listings here. Caller ID said NAME NOT FOUND. They got that right! From the responses above it sounds like the same idiot with the same accent who called me a few years ago, before I knew I should never answer. The guy said he was from Microsoft (they will NEVER call you) and that I had 1,789 things wrong with my computer and if I just let him take control, they'll disappear like magic. When I refused, he got nasty and threatened to clean out my bank account! That's what he really wanted to do in the first place, why not just admit it! Don't fall for this "let me take over your computer" b.s., ever, even when you see it online!

Didn't answer. Looked up the number first and found many people re[ported this number as a scammer.

I usually ask them how's the weather in Nigeria, and they hang up!

This one had the 11 in front of the phone number. That's an overseas call. From reading the previous posts it's our old buddies from Pakistan telling us we have a virus. I'll have to answer next time with a heavy accent and say: Microsoft Support, can I help you? Gee, I wonder if they will have enough brains to figure that one out.
