This number keeps calling me, but when I answer it hangs up. When I call it back, it says the number can not be completed as dialed..

They cursed at my mother using the f word. I blocked their number but it still comes thru. And they also call over and over from unknown and no caller ID. They will call, hang up, and call straight back sometimes ten times in a row. This needs to stop. I don't want to change my number. I want someone to catch them and fine them or something.

This comes from a 6 digit number (202) 226-565. It sounds like they are from India or something.
