They say that I received a federal grant of 9200 dollars, and I can get it by sending them 290 dollars, I am a student, and have been receiving grants for the last 5 yrs. You don't have to pay anything receive grants... They say they are usgrants.com

I also received same phone call about 12:45 p.m.  Told him I didn't  need any money and he hung up not saying anything else.
He was hard to understand.

They've called 7 times today I won't answer. So annoying...

These [***] were so rude. Kept asking for someone else. I asked what there company was. He spells f-u-c-k.
Complete waste of time.I wish I could report them.

Received the same call as above.  Also received a call with the same "grant" information yesterday from another number.  Yesterday while I was on hold for "authentication" I went to the US Treasury fraud alert page and this exact scam was described.  When I told the caller what was on the  Treasury page they hung up.  Today I simple said this is a scam do not call again and hung up on them.  All voices I spoke with had heavily accented speech.
