They called my phone and told me i received a government grant for house repairs unpaid bills etc. When there is no such thing. These people are scam artists. I kept asking "who told you to call me. i want the persons name" and they ended the phone call. This person also had an indian accent and there was a lot of noise in the background.

This unfamiliar number ***202-115-3241** called and of course I didn't answer, left no messages. Checked here and several sites to gain knowledge it's a scam, and I blocked it this number. They called twice more in the next 24 hrs ... (my phone system hangs up after the first ring of a blocked call) then they called via on a slightly different number ***202-115-3233** which is now also Block.
