This phone number was been stalking be for days.  The man as an Indian accent and knew my name.  Wouldn't say anything besides ask for my name and hang up.  Sometimes just calls and hangs up.  So frustration.  I've tlod him mutiple times to stop calling and leave me alone

We are continuously harassed by phone calls from this number.  It is not just once a day but every 15 minutes.  They say they are from the government.

These people keep calling me several times a day for a week know. How can I block them?

So, these people have called me every hour on the hour today.  I ignored the first few, then answered the fourth call.  The man had a strong accent.  Told me the same story... calling for the government offering 9700 dollars.  I told him i wasn't interested and to please remove me from the list.  The next hour he called back singing, then hung up.  An hour later got another call and it was a different man.  I let him tell me about the program and he asked how i would prefer to collect my money.  I could pick up the money from a list of places like walmart, i could have it direct deposited into my bank account, or they can wire it to one of my credit cards.  I chose walmart.  He then asked me to verify information so he can confirm i am who i am.  He started with my name... i then asked "if this is a program for the government, why are you calling me by my nickname and not my full name?"  I heard another man in the background say oh no, hang up hang up... These people just want you information so they can scam you... Either ignore them, or waste their time.
