Calls multiple times in a row...if you don't answer they just hang up.
If you answer the say they are from the US Grant Department When you engage them and tell them they are a scam they hang up.

I am tried of stupid scammers calling me at 7:00am 8:00am 9:00am. I am not stupid I don't answer my phone if the number is not in my contacts. I have gotten five different calls today from unknown caller ID's and 202-100-7100 just called me twice. I declined the second call. This all started at 7:00am today.

They have left 20 hang ups on my voice mail in the last five days. They've called five times today. Grant scam calling to ask for my teenage son.
