A guy called twice in a week, asking from some person. After being told wrong number, dude started to sing a rap song. Guess he is fed too well by welfare and got bored sitting around.

this caller calles 3-4 times a day and continues to ask for my elderly husband who is very hard of hearing. When I ask if there is something I can help him with, the caller (man) hangs up or says he'll call my husband back.

Called and asked for my husband. When I told him he wasn't in and could I take a message he said he'd call back another time and hung up. Who is this person or organization?
