I kept asking the called to repeat themselves. They said they were from the Department of ??? in Washington, D.C.

This and other numbers from this area have called. I asked for someone that I could understand They hung up on me. I have blocked calls from that area but numbers still come up

This numbr called my cell phone. I did not answer, and it called right back. Again I did not answer. It called a 3rd time, and I hung up. I do not answer calls on numbers I do not know.
