No message calls and phone rings twice, hangs up before you can answer/

Rang I answered it rang twice and no answer.

07/18/11:42 AM. Caller ID said "Name Not Found". The saleswoman identified the product as "Senior Defender". When I told her that I was on the Do Not Call list she said good bye.

I get a call once a day from this number.  Caller ID says:  District of Columbia.  Leaves no message.
