I've got this number blocked and some how they are getting around it and calling several times a day. I never answer.

They also called from US dept. of government grants. Wanted to know my age, children,  if I worked,  if I was married,  if he worked. I could get my $by driving to Walmart and calling back with a code he gave me. I had a lot of fun with the call because I gave no information and he kept saying excuse me, or I'm  sorry? to the answers I gave. Finally he hung up on me when he'd had enough,  my final question was what's the weather like there.
