they called and wanted to verify address and stuff then when I hung up called from a local number

These guys call and say your number and name had been selected to qualify for a scholarship and they need to verify your information. They have your address and phone and name because you probably went to a website either for college information or jobs and these guys are trolling around. In the end they will try and sucker you into sitting down with a college recruiter and no scholarship, these guys are sleazy telemarketers who work in a office in D. C and are paid to get people to sit in front of a college recruiter and harass the [***] of you, they are looking at your resume online probably and taking info straight from there. They are con men and women do not give them anything they want and just hang up and block their number.

They keep calling me .... Harassing me. How cans I get them to stop?? It's becoming annoying. Now they are calling my job phone; and I work in the government.
