received a call 202`002`0024  haven't a clue who this is

I have been getting calls from these foreigners as well.... I argue with them and he hangs up on me lol...ssoo annoying  how do they get ur number??

Rude and vulgar language after offering me a loan. I've asked repeatedly to stop calling.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

Repeated calls from this number today. I do not answer unidentified calls. The "message" was several minutes of background babbling, but no "message" per se. I'm going to add them to my block list.
