9000 $ from gov grant I don't think so. Not returning the call. I'm sure it is a scam.

Received a call from 202-000-1234. Female heavy accent saying I qualified thru Govt to receive $9000. She needed to verify correct name, addr & age. Caller said I could receive my money 3 ways: bank account, credit card or cash.  Told me to call #202-697-9034 ask for Cherlene Clark an account manager and give her the money approval ID# fm3141.

Got a call from these people, rang as though I were calling someone and was answered by a guy with a heavy accent who got really angry when I told him that I'd requested that they take my number off their call list. I wish I was able to block calls on my cell because these people are jerks.

If you have a smart phone you can download an application called Mr. Number which will allow you to block whatever numbers you want from these annoying scammers!  I have done that to this company on my phone

Yep, I have this same app. I've blocked many numbers (and spam texts).  And my cell phone is on the Do Not Call list. It just doesn't matter because you report them and all they do is change phone numbers!
