I received 4-5 calls today myself they seemed to be talking with a foreign accent also talking about government grants and when I asked why they continued to call repeatedly they repeated my name,laughed and hung up. Definitely a fraud number

AGAIN, DON'T KNOW WHO THIS IS, SO I DON'T PICK UP!

caller are scammers out of india or pakistan, they called me and said that i was selected to receive  a U.S Government Grant for an amount of $9700.00.  i said to him , you are telling me that you are calling me with a foreign accent possibly from a foreign country and you are telling me that our government with a budget deficit is giving out free money?, you seem know more about our government than we do.    he started laughing loud and he hung up.    these idiots are not just targeting us for fun, they are doing that because that is how they earn their living, they are doing that because so many of us Americans are giving them the chance to exist by falling for their scam and give them credit card numbers so they keep coming for more and more.  i wish that All Americans can stop falling for foreign scams and false promises for riches, payouts , and many others scams out there. stop send out money, throw your credit card away. unless we stop them they ll keep coming at us with all they got.

I went through about the same spill with them as you did.  When I told him, "OK, you can mail me my check", he hung up.  It is very apparent that they are calling from a phone room.  You can hear others saying the same thing in the background.

I have answered the call and they tell me my phone number has come up randomly to receive $8000.00 from the Federal Government for free. When I replied and said nice try, he said well I want to have sex with you, I hung up. The caller had an Indian accent.
