Twelve pages of posts saying it is a scam.  The government does not hand out grants just because you paid your taxes on time, have never been arrested, or even because the sky is blue today.  You have to apply for one, fill out tons of paperwork, and have a valid reason other than " I need the money".  I can guarantee you what will happen is that they will tell you that you need to pay taxes, fees, wire transfer fees, whatever and con as much money out of you as possible all for a non existent "grant".
