Electronic noise in background made it difficult to understand.
Both 201 and 973 are area codes for Northern New Jersey so it fits that it was from above website. Unsolicited spam call.

After the call from "Primeworld" I then received a text message with callback number 973-883-7045 confirming what I heard. Plus I have all text messages blocked on this phone due to spammers, yet this message got through.
