Received this call (on call waiting)  while on another call.  Person identified himself as 'Simon' calling about PC problems; when asked, he said he was with "PC Care".  Said he was calling because I'd hit 'Send a report' when my computer would lock up.  I asked for a callback number, this is number he gave.  When I tried returning the call,   I got a recording that 'call could not be completed as dialed'.  Tried several times and got the same recorded message.....stinks like a scam to me!
