IS THIS IDIOT BORED OR MENTALLY CHALLENGED?!?!?

The UPS Store that I manage just received two identical e-mails from this guy, though in the body of the email he refers to himself as Tommy Howard (interestingly, the email header still says Mark Wilson.) They are still using the same address, but changed the city and state to Nova Scotia, CA (which is actually a province and country) with the same NJ ZIP code. Here is text from the email:



Good Day,
My name is Tommy Howard and i want to know  if you do print Flyers,  if you do i will like you  to get back to me so that i will let  you know the Sizes ,the Qty and also the TEST i will like you to write on the Flyers .
