Keeps calling, when i answer no one's there, been doing reading on this number on Spokeo, seems like a scam

Called daug number for me. Claimed thet are from Kramer & Assoc.

called trying to act like she was an attorney, saying she was an asset manager, when I questioned her about this  she said well, a collection agent, so then I pinned her down that she was a collection agency and not an attorney, claimed that she was sending something out, had my children's names, pretending that she was a legal person rather than a collection agency and then threatenedme and then also was very abusive. she stated her name was Carolyn Vickers with Kramer and Associates.

They have called me enumerous times threatening to take me and two other individuals to court for none payment.. This is ludicrous, as I paid half of the loan and then lost my job and income last year after taking out this loan, which the interest was unbelievable.  Now they say I owe over $900, from incured interest and other fee's in transferring this to a collection agency...bull!  This is illegal, especially the threatening and the high interest which has incurred on the balance of the loan which was only $250

Caller left a message saying she is Terra Jones with Kramer and Associates. She wants my statement pending the decision with the State of Indiana and left a claim #. I have no idea what she is talking about, but I am not calling her back! I just reported her and this number to the FTC.
