Sandy Day is the person I spoke with too. They always call on SUNDAYS and yet they are never in on Sundays. I faxed them a Cease & Desist letter. Their "client" is a company that is no longer in business per the BBB. Their fax number is 201-968-0116.

These people are calling my in laws in another state. i have never received anything by mail and it should be against privacy laws to discuss my information with people I have not given permission to.

They keep calling my business line asking for someone I don't know. They left a message one time about a court settlement against me in PA  - they never gave a name but if a client over heard that it would have been bad for business!! If this happens again I will report them.

I got a call for someone with my brother's name from Diane Murphey from Kramer and Associates (201) 968-0327 X118. She said they were looking for someone with my brother's name, who lives in another city in TX. She said that they were preparing to send him "Notification to Appear and would like to resolve the matter voluntarily before sending him documentation." I was asked to forward the message. I wrote down her message and googled the phone number to find this list of reports. Now I'm not going to forward the message. Creepy! She sounded professional and non-threatening, but serious. And she didn't give me more information about debt, as if she was trying to protect his privacy in a way. So it sounds like their script is getting more sophisticated, but it still sounds like a scam. Like a way to make you feel threatened in order to fish your information out of you.

I have gotten numerous calls from this number.  They have left a message today stating that I have an investigation against me and if I give them a call to come to an agreement they can stop it.
