SCAMMER

Called just a few minutes ago. Against my better judgement, I answered the phone... several seconds of silence, and then a hang up. It rang again immediately, this time I figure if it's important they can leave a voice mail. When it went to voice mail, they hang up. If not a scammer, they're sure acting in the same pattern.

Called my cell phone, robocaller hung up after only four rings.  Probably a scammer looking for valid numbers to sell to other scammers.

Called my cell phone, stopped after 4-rings. Caller ID said VOIP CALLER. No message left. Scammer.
