update: Message just became available on my cell.
"Soon press one now if you are a homeowner and are paying more than $150 per month for electricity press one now to stop the electricity bill increase coming and press one now if you are a homeowner paying more than 150"
New Jersey scam where they change your electric provider and saddle you with a bunch of charges.
