They called and asked for someone who was not at my number.  I explained this was a new number for me and to remove it from their call list - they were polite and hung up.  Several hours later they called again and I told them they already called me...this time they hung up on me.  I called them back and asked for my number to be removed.  He said he would.  I asked him to repeat my phone number to ensure he had the right one and he hung up on me again.  I called repeatedly and either he hung up on me (without speaking) or I got a busy signal.
