its some company trying to sell auto insurance. they've been calling me for months. told them to stop but they wont stop.

it's a debt collection robo call. With the continuous switch of tele# numbers. If they are not looking for you, they are looking for the person that had that number.

The call is coming from overseas (outsourced) they are extremely rude. Usually calling about some sort of insurance.
When you tell them that you are not interested they become abusive.
