I also received a call from this number. However, I'm at work and could not answer. They did not leave a message. We  have Express Scripts but I have never used them. Wonder what they want.

This is a telemarketing call from Express Scripts. They are the Home-order prescription program my company uses.

The caller did identify my medical insurance company without prompting. I have received several mailings from them and they referenced said mailings.

Not a scam, just not wanted.

I received this call on my cell phone, a few minutes ago.
It played their canned music ( -on-hold ? )  and no one ever came on the line; they hung up after 1/2 a minute or so.
Clearly a waste of my time.

It's Express Scripts (formerly Medco) calling people who are already enrolled with them. They want to offer prescriptions by mail. They're trying to save you money on the prescriptions that they already cover for you. It's a nice service they're doing by calling. But if you ignore the calls, they'll keep calling back. Answer the call and let them know you're not interested. They'll give you the spiel about all the benefits of getting your prescriptions by mail (money saved, convenience of not going to the store to pick them up, etc.) then will tell you that you can call back if you're interested in the future or go to the website. That's all. No hard sell.
