This is Medco -- a prescription drug company that works with your health insurance carrier. They're not breaking any laws, including "Do Not Call Me" by calling you if you have them as part of your health insurance because you're a client of theirs, whether or not you like it.
They called a couple of times and when I answered, they wanted ME to prove who I am! It turns out they wanted to discuss how much $$ I could save by letting them fill my prescriptions through the mail. When I told the guy (he said his name was "Josh Boger") I had tried their service once and they took my money but didn't send my prescription meds (I'd also sent them a script from my doctor), he kept trying to get me to buy from their mail service.
He kept saying I would save money; I kept telling him that taking my money and not sending the meds was a great way for me to LOSE money.
