Telemarketing scammer.  Much of the time they just try the number to see if it is 'active', then use it on their lists.
The DNC list is worthless,  Instead take action and report directly to the FCC.  If they get enough calls concerning one number, they will act on it.  https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us

This number represents a fraudulent telemarketing scam.  They refused to give me any type of business address, associate names, or business credentials.  All they desired was my bank information; A TOTAL SCAM.

this call came in at 4:12 pm. It belongs to n.J. City cablevision (or so my google info says). 2 rings and they hang up, no message. Why are they calling california? Telemarketers are a big nusance. Google these #'s (for your own piece of mind) and keep a listto refer to.
