Caller ID show M Bernstein.  From other phone sites, it is a charity for kids in Israel, BUT they use robocalling or automatic dialers and have a lot of dead calls.  My spouse got one this morning at 8:42am, well before the 9 am rule.  I do not give to charities that I have not checked out.  They must follow my 80% rule, or no more than 20% for "overhead", or I do not approve of them.

Called again today and nobody was there.  Caller ID showed M BERNSTEIN.  I tried to call back and got a phone company message "call can not be completed at this time.  Try again later."  WTF?

Never ever donate to any "Jewish charity" that calls you on the phone - you will end up on every sucker phone number list in Israel, New York, and New Jersey.
