DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!  The caller identifies himself working for UPS and gives you instructions about a special delivery.  He will give you a phone # and reference #.  When you call, Renee Jackson with "Lucky 7 Company" will tell you that you just won $7,500,000 and they distribute winnings to sweepstakes winners. She will be very friendly.  Then she will inform you that your state does not withhold income tax but they do require a registration fee of $750 in the form of a "Green Dot Card" from Walmart.  I tried playing it out to get them to come out to deliver my winnings and the police could arrest someone.   I'm certain she was very frustrated by the end of the conversation when I told her she was a scam and the state does not require this fee.  She thought I was bluffing and asked for the phone # and name of the person that told me this, but "SURPRISE" I gave her the phone # of the Attorney General's office where they investigate this type of thing. What she doesn't tell you is that she can steal the $750 by using this number.  She doesn't need the actual card to steal the money on it.  My local police officer said that this is a scam run from outside the US and law enforcement cannot do anything to help you but  reporting it can help to keep people informed.
