I missed the call a and tried calling it back n it said the number was no longer in service

College grant money. Told him no. He said f@#$ off hung up. Called back said number not in servixe

Education/grant scam

They called me about some college asking me only to pay fee with my cradit card
I know it's a scam and they need to be stopped
If you see this number calling you again call the police inform them
They saying they from the government  , it's not true It's a scam
How this people can lie to say they from government and to ask my credit card number
Don't believe nothing they say call Immediately to the police

Don't call the police.  Hell, we have enough to deal with.  It is not a crime until they actually get money from the person and then there is still nothing that can be done. It will remain an open case because they have so many different ways of routing the money, the  trail is lost.  The government should make all telemarketing, ILLEGAL! Period.
