They call my cell phone rings twice  no voice mail it really annoying

someone call me to that number # 00914040306754 when i receive that call there is only silence. i was say hello hello hello and then call drop... what the [***] who call me from India. [***]

Someone just called me from this number as well... probably creditors... punks ...

I have many calls (probably collection calls) from this number--201-839-0091-- from a "Sunrocket DID" and also 201-628-9889 and 201-751-9853.  I don't answer them; however, when I immediately call them back, a recording states that the number is "Not in Service".  The numbers originate from Jersey City, NJ, but I THINK they're coming from Sunrise Credit Services, Inc. which handles Bank of America Visa and MasterCard credit card accounts.  Any help out there?

They called my house too it came up Sunrocket Did @ (201)839-0091.  They left their name but no message just to call them.
