Received a call at 12.27 am. No message. Called back and heard a recording that indicated your request to be removed from our call list will be fulfilled immediately. No idea who these folks are.

Didn't answer. Assume scammer

About the number thats been calling us all in the middle of the damn night.
The seem to know who we are, now we know who they are.  Feel free to call
them at home at 3am like they do us!

Thanks for the info. I too was called this morning on 10/12/14 at 3:28 AM. I read your info and went to FTC and filed a complaint. I hope others do the same. I then copied the company info in an email with the FTC copied and sent it to David Fishel telling him NOT to call my phone number.
