(SHE NEVER GAVE ANY SPECIFICS)This woman called me saying she had legal docs I needed to sign with 2 valid forms of ID and a witness present with me. Stated she would be at my "Place of employment "(I'm a homemaker) between 12-3 the next day but if I wasn't there she would get them to tell her when a better time would be then she would be coming to my "place of residence" and if I wasn't there she would have to take this as a "Failure To Comply" and would have to take more serious actions in this matter. She left a number (844-434-8785) but that didn't work, the call kept failing and the number she called me from just kept ringing with no answering machine. I texted back stating unless she told me who she worked for and how she got my information, I would be forced to report her to the police for terroristic threats against me and attempting to harass and intimidate me. (Mind you the name she called me was my married name(I've been divorced over a year) and the ONLY company that has my number with that last name associated with it is NETSPEND.)

Called me and left a message that they have court documents that they need me to sign for. referenced an old address and job. told me to call back 1-855-264-9134. When i researched area code 855, found previous scams that had the same idea as this (stated they had legal documents to mail you, threatened court, knew some of your information like social security number).  When i called back they knew my social security number.  do not give out personal information!!

I got the same call yesterday.  This is a total scam.  I don't even work anymore and haven't in 5 years.  I am a stay at home mom.  There is no one that could be looking for me in this manner.  It's all over the internet.  These people are in another country.    It's a new phone scam. Report it and don't give out any information.

Got the same call, except this guy was going to sit in front if my home for a while to see if I showed up. And if I wasn't able to be found he will have to report it to the "firing party".
