Who are these people answer and they hang up!

I am on a no call list.  who are these people???

I've been getting that same number and I'm on the do not call list and then I added my number to their do not call list and they called me. This time I screamed at the lady and told them if they called me one more time I would get my lawyers on their [***]. I don't know anyone from New Jersey. Who are these people?

Got three calls in two days.  I never answered since I didn't recognize the number.  I'm also on the no call list.
