call and hang up

These people are a royal pain in the butt.  It's Dell and they call and call and call, nevermind that they overlook sending you their monthly statement.

We will never do business with them again.  Their equipment that we lease is faulty and they do not wish to resolve the issues, and they love having the guy from India call every month, irrespective of whether or not they have received and cashed our payment check.

I totally agree. I have not been satisfied with my equipment and I feel like I have tricked into this stupid rental stuff!!  They call all the time and are rude and pushy!  I will never by a Dell again.

Yes, it is dell.... they are terrible I will never, never do business again with them voluntarily.  Their payment web site is terrible, the people who call seem to have no access to it.
