Received call from this number and thought I'd have a little fun with it after hearing the message on Student Loan forgiveness et al. pressed 7 and was connected to a nasty little [***]. when i asked for the company name she asked for my name. this went on for a few circles as she argued with me that she did not make the call to me ... my pressing 7 routed the call to her. What kind of double talk is that? She then said my name is Natalie - do you want the help or not?!  ARE YOU KIDDING ME? even if SHE was forgiving my loan personally with that attitude I'd rather die first....
