That's a new one! I've received several of the scam "This is an URGENT announcement regarding your electric bill!" calls from this or similar numbers. But this evening was the first time I'd picked up and only heard 8 bit music.

received a call. no mess left. Later they called my other phone number. Now I will block whoever it is.

Called cell phone, a number we rarely use or give out. Left no voicemail. Just another CRIMINAL trying to victimize whoever answers the phone. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. If we do not recognize the number, the call is ignored.
